R2033
COMMANDER
CONTROL
PROGRAMME WITH PERSONAL COMPUTER
FOR R33 PLUS AND R2000

WORKING PLAN: |

The measuring and control
system with PC is normally used when there are several dryers and
they are to be managed easily from a single company office or control
room. The offices do not necessarily need to be physically near
the dryers since the data is transmitted using a cable via RS 485
communication interface.

Basically one disposes of the same management possibilities as
those offered by the unit while using one's own keyboard. There
is also the possiblity of recording the drying process data in a
specific file of the PC. The data can then be processed and analyzed
using different graphical layouts.
Usually, the opportunity offered of showing the programme in several
screen layouts makes everything very easy and pleasant.
1st window - Main supervisio window
2nd window - Kiln drier window
3rd window - Drying programs window
4th window - Regulatio probe window
5th window - Graphic window

There are some
other control possibilities, such as printing of historycal archive
and on-line help (user's guide for the programme).
The tester can also carry out a simple relay output and fan speed
test.
The system operates with Windows 95/98. |

It is possible
to connect thirty-two (32) dryers (even dryers having different characteristics
- condensation or conventional). The control can be shifted from the
unit to the PC or vice-versa at any time thus allowing the operator
to modify the setup parameters from the place which is most convenient
for him.
A file is automatically created at the start of each drying process
for storing drying process data. Data stored can be reviewed in the
future.
The PC's hard disk enables the twenty-four (24) wood drying programmes
which are already present in each R33-I
and R33 PLUS unit to be increased.
It is thus possible to create more additional programmes which can
be copied easily using a floppy disk. |
